This is for the 20GB limit of KPN. This flow will send 2x 2GB requests after the first 80% of 20GB is used. This is to prevent stalling if you're downloading and have some extra room for your next package to activate. Then it sends another request when you reach 80% of your 2GB limit. It repeats that.
