Configure device's flashlight settings via SMS

Command "cmd: lumos"
• Automatically turn on the device's flashlight.
Command "cmd: nox"
• Automatically turn off the device's flashlight.

A status message will be sent back via SMS if the action successful.
The user has the option to limit this function to phone numbers inside contact list.
