Toggle mobile data the UI way

WARNING : this approach is very UI dependant, you may need some tweaking.

Mobile data can basically be turned on three ways
1) using automate's built in feature (did not work for me, presumably you need a rooted device)
2) setting the mobile_data setting to 1 or 0. Requires giving Automate some permissions via adb + the android UI did not reflect the changes in my case
