Times are listed in seconds since midnight. Default DND on time is currently set to 11:00 PM and default DND off time is currently set to 5:30 am. Each hour has 3,600 seconds in it. The master start will kick off both scheduled flows after defining the start and stop times.
The manual DND flow is meant to be used to turn on DND for a pre-defined time period (such as a movie). You can create a shortcut (from within the flow begining block which you can save to your home screen) . Fixed typo in dndoff scheduling
