Disables, enables or temporarily enables an application.

This flow has 4 interactive starting points:
- ❄️ Freeze - displays a list of enabled applications and disables the selected one;
- ☀️ Unfreeze - displays a list of disabled applications and enables the selected one;
- ▶️ Run - runs selected disabled application and disables it again afterwards;
- ↗️ Create shortcut - puts a shortcut on a home screen that executes the "▶️ Run" action on a selected disabled application.

There are also 3 starting points for programmatic use from other flows:
- Freeze endpoint
- Unfreeze endpoint
- Run endpoint
that perform the corresponding action on a package specified in the "pkg" property of the payload.
