Silences your phone when your screen is unlocked (after a short delay) and sets it to vibrate when the screen is locked.
In Android 15 there are bugs where setting the ringer to silent unfortunately puts your phone in Do Not Disturb and the "set system settings" block does not work to set the ringer to silent either. This means that you cannot control both DND and silence separately until at least one of these is fixed. As such, this flow adds a "Force DND" quick settings button to keep the phone in DND even when the screen is locked.
