If you often fall asleep watching movies, tv series, YouTube, listening to music or whatever, you might want to get confirmation popup at periodic intervals. This flow creates a popup which will pause the video playback to remind you to take a break every 15 mins (configurable as per your choice). You can change the app as per your requirements such as Hotstar, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Disney, ESPN, Jio cinema, etc.
