No gimmicks like shake-to-turnoff etc, just a simple quick tile configuration for 3 brightness levels.
Add a quick tile and this flow will do the rest. Tapping the tile cycles through different brightness levels: Off, 10%, 50% and 100%. If the flashlight is turned on via the tile, waiting two seconds and then tapping the tile again will turn the flashlight off, regardless of the current brightness level.
Credits to Beebo for building the base of this flow. I just changed it to my liking!
