AUTO ENERGI OFF/ON - Auto E O/O

Good for saving your battery health since it's fine to always have it on, but charging while still having it on is bad for battery health.
(Can be argued some say bad some say good, I stay on the safe side)

How it works:

Turns off/on energisaving mode based on if you are charging or not.

You ARE charging: Turns OFF Power saving mode.

You are NOT charging: Turns ON Power saving mode

Version 2:
No delay, Instant off/on.
Simple layout for easier customization.
