Flow updates the timestamps of the selected file or directory and subdirectories of jpg files using the date stamp included in the filename. Useful for when an image gets modified causing the timestamp to change and the image to display out of order in the gallery. Assumes the image filenames are in one of the following formats: 20170710_112343, IMG_20170710_112343, or PXL_20170710_152343324. Google Pixel phones use midnight UTC in the filename so there is a workaround specifying the time zone for pixel images. Requires the touch binary which is included in the busybox app. Does not change EXIF data.
