💾 Save All Flows with Incremental Backup

Saves all flows to Automate/Backups or to the selected directory with separate filenames for each flow. Appends the flow ID and date+time to the filename. Additionally, at the delay interval selected on initial start, saves a backup of flows that have changed since the last run time to the backup location.

Note: Removes emojis and many special characters from the flow titles so they will save correctly. Also, the run time is stored in an atomic variable so if the flow is stopped and restarted it remembers the previous run time as long as the flow has not been edited in that time frame.
