This flow allows you to start an Automate Flow from Samsung "Mode and Routines".
How?
On Samsung "Mode and Routines" app create a Routine with the trigger you desire, and use as action ”Show custom notification”. Define keywords in that message text. I used ”Start Flow Demo” on the Title. This will create a notification that Automate with read and action.
Then edit this flow to match the text of the notification, and your flow will start.

This flow needs to be running in the background, but the flow is in waiting mode until a notification from Samsung Routines is posted.
