This flow is to monitor screen usage, alert the user, and gently enforce screen time limits through timed messages and checks.

When you set a time for 1 hour, after 1 hour you will get an alert message. It will add you another 1 hour(how long you might choose the hours), after that 1 hour has passed, your device will lock and it will not allow you to use your device until 6 mins. Then your phone will vibrate meaning that you can use your phone again.

Sometimes there may be a failure with the delay, and it might wait for longer than 6mins. If it doesn't allow you to use your device, just restart.
