▸ Hello and welcome to my new Automate flow :)
▸ With this you can easily track all the exercises of your workouts at the gym ..!
▸ How does it work ‽ When you start the flow, the main window appears that contains a list of all the exercises you have added (or nothing if it is the first time opening) and want to track.
▸ How to add an exercise ‽ Simply press the (top) "+ Add New Exercise" button inside the main screen and then input the name (every character is allowed, but I recommend using short names) of the exercise you want to add.
▸ How to track each exercise ‽ Just press any exercise you want from the main screen and a new window will appear, where you can - (i) add your personal records/bests (with the "Edit‽" button) - (ii) save any information you would like to remember (with the "Extra‽" button) - (iii) remove the exercise if you do not want it on your list anymore (with the "Remove‽" button) ... Again, in the input windows (of the first two buttons) you can write anything you want (characters).
▸ Ok, Anything Else ‽ Yes ... I have some recommendations to maximize the potential. You can install a home screen shortcut to start the flow with just one press instead of opening the "Automate" app every time. To do that just follow these steps: (i) Open the "Automate" app. (ii) Find the "[ ぷ ] Free Gym Tracker :D" flow (name). (iii) Click that and then click the (blue) pen (once or twice) to edit. (iv) Press the top block named "Flow beginning ...". (v) Press (the blue) "Install Home Screen Shortcut" (button). (vi) Customize it however you like (change icon, name, etc.). (vii) You're all done ..!
▸ That's all for how my flow works ! I did not mention that it requires some privileges ... You should allow all of them for it to work as expected ! Flow made by "@rapscallion62" from a "Samsung Galaxy A50" mobile phone ... Flow uses 30 out of 30 free blocks (but also 5 unnecessary "Toasts" that you could change) ..!
