Can't stop scrolling social media in bed and watching videos and stuff? Procrastinating sleep?
The following might help:
When going to bed, activate a timer after which the phone goes to airplane mode and blocks reactivating your screen for a settable duration. Your brain will 'disconnect' from your phone for a while. Maybe the most horrible crave is over then and you can let go the mobile finally ... and sleep!
