Detects missed calls and shares the call type + phone number with MacroDroid.
Once a number hits 3 missed calls, MacroDroid triggers an SMS reply.

This flow only handles detection & logging — the actual SMS is sent by MacroDroid.
Variables can be tuned for different thresholds or behaviors.
