Adds a Quick Settings Tile to easily toggle on and off the "Block connections without VPN" Android setting.
The tile reflects in real time the status of the setting, even if modified manually or by another app.
/!\ VPN settings are part of "Secure Settings", thus you need to allow Automate to change them by using adb
(adb shell pm grant com.llamalab.automate android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS)
