Enables wireless debugging after reboot.

1. Device reboots.
2. User unlocks device.
3. Flow waits 30 seconds
4. Flow enables wireless debugging

As long as you have paired Automate with wireless debugging once, just enabling Wireless debugging should suffice when rebooting device.

Note: you need to be connected to a WiFi network when the first Shell command privileged block is used otherwise it will fail to connect/start.
