Per app configurable screen orientation (screen rotation) options.

After editing the configuration, simply exit the dialog menu. The fiber shall continue working in the background.



Notes:
- can also work more akin to a blacklist mode instead of a whitelist mode by selecting a 'Global Default' system-wide orientation (see dialog menu extras to enable the feature); this is also the reason why "System (Unspecified)" is a distinct app orientation rule choice from having no rule since you can always use it to override the default as desired
- includes a quick settings tile option - it's off by default since it costs an additional fiber to be kept running in the background (see dialog menu extras to enable it)
