Continuously monitors the mobile data connection and automatically restores LTE (4G) when the network becomes unstable.

If LTE connectivity drops, signal becomes weak, or internet access freezes while LTE is still connected, the flow automatically resets the cellular radio using airplane mode and restores the preferred 3G/4G network mode.

The system pauses monitoring when Wi-Fi is connected and resumes LTE supervision when Wi-Fi disconnects.

Runs continuously in the background to stabilize mobile data, prevent long network outages, and automatically recover from modem freezes or carrier connection issues.
