Based off DataStream's OG flow. Makes it so FTB isn't required.
This flow waits for the screen to turn and then sets the wallpaper to the user-specified lock screen wallpaper, and applies the user-specified home screen wallpaper when the device is unlocked.

This flow requires external setup from the Fire Toolbox, and will NOT work on it's own.
