Rudimentary barometric comparison tool to predict forecast, kinda.
It marks a .txt file with the barometric pressure. Then, when it is run again, it shows the previous pressure "last", then the current one "pressure", followed by "better"/"worse" dialog based on if "pressure" < or > than "last".
