Play a loud sound from device via SMS

Command "cmd: make some noise"
• Starts playing a sound
Command "cmd: be quiet"
• Stops playing a sound

A status message will be sent back via SMS if the action successful.
The user has the option to limit this function to phone numbers inside contact list.
