I have a nexus 7 LTE. My wife loves her iPad. She often uses it when we drive and wants to be able to access the net. This flow watches the network connection and when on mobile forks a fibre to watch activities. When it notices we are driving it turns on Bluetooth tethering. Turns out this uses less energy than a WiFi tether and is more than fast enough. On the iPad leave wifi on and connect to the n7 and have fun.
