Increasing Ring Gradually

Increases volume ring gradually from lowest to max, so that you don't be scared by the loud ring or not to miss a call because volume is very low.

Also it will not be activated if you are in vibration mode.

Detailed:
When incoming call, checks if it's in vibration mode, if not, starts with volume ring at minimum for 5 seconds, then raises 1 up every 2 seconds until max (23 seconds total). After ring stops, volume ring goes back to minimum.

Ps: Settings can be changed to your preference inside flow.
Tested on my Samsung Galaxy S5.
