This flow is useful for cars that use your phone's hotspot for internet connectivity. It looks for a Bluetooth connection (usually automatic) and uses that to switch the hotspot on or off.
You will need to update the name of the Bluetooth pairing in block 2, unless you also have an XF with ICTP.
