Toggle off root automatically when Pokémon GO is in the foreground, using the Root Switch scripts. For a different app edit the Foreground App trigger.
Requires SuperSU v2.78-SR1 (or above), suhide v0.55 (or above), and Root Switch v1.3.12 (or above).
Thank you to the original creator Chris Renfred for the pokemon go script. I don't play play pokemon go but I do use Android pay
