Automatically let someone important know that your battery is low (via SMS) so they can quickly send you vital messages before your phone dies.
# Change the phone number and message in the last block.
# Change battery percentage in the middle blocks. Default set at 5%.
# Waits 1hr after sending message to restart script to avoid spam and allows time for charging.
