When someone in your contacts calls twice in three minutes the ringing mode is set to normal and it rings loud. Tracks multiple callers. Ringer mode and volume restored to previous level around 1 min after last urgent call received. This flow is intended to stay running all the time so it will work when a call is received.

Note: This is essentially a de-bugged and improved version of the Urgent Calls+ flow that did not work for myself and some other users.
