Watchdog for infinite loops.
Prevents phone freeze due to bad flows.
This flow monitors number of running fibers of all Automate flows, compares with treshold value, and triggers FlowStopAllActivity.
Default treshold is 20.
Notifications enabled is a must for this flow!
