Demo on how to use the proximity sensor to navigate menus.

To cycle to the next option, tap the proximity sensor quickly or until the first vibrate. To select the current option, tap and hold the sensor untill you feel a pattern of two vibrates.

This flow works without the use of the Automate premium version.
