Disables MobileData if Wifi is connected. If Wifi loses connection MobileData will be enabled again, but only if it was enabled in the beginning. If you manually disable MobileData while Wifi is not connected it will stay off.
Useful for phones which automatically use MobileData if they think Wifi is not connected to the internet like OP3T with newest Oxygen OS release.
