When you turn this on if someone texts you if youre conected to bluetooth it stops your music. Then a prompt will pop up then it will read the text. The prompt will ask if you want to text or call. If you choose text it will go to voice recognition and you just talk. Then it gets printed onto another prompt and you have the option to edit the text with your keyboard cancel or send the text
