This flow runs all the time, when I connect to my car's BT audio it will auto disable A2DP, and set some custom volume levels. It then exposes a quick settings hole to enable/disable A2DP in case I want to run audio through my car for music etc.
It also monitors for the Google app and changes the volume temporarily while it is in the foreground. If I invoke assistant with the volume muted, I can actually hear it's response now. It puts the volume back at its previous level when assistant is no longer in the foreground.
It also looks for my home wifi and changes the volume when wifi is connected.
