Disables lock screen when connected to selected cell towers. Re-enables lock screen when disconnected from selected cell towers.
Uses a user entered delay coupled with CPU wakelocks to check cell towers periodically. Default is 120 seconds.
Chosen cell towers and options are saved to "/sdcard/Automate/CellDisableLock"
