Turns on or off wifi when device is unlocked or screen off.
Toggle for mobile data and therefore require root.
If wifi is on, data is off and vice versa.
If device is plugged in then wifi is maintained.
If wifi is not connected after a certain time after unlock, wifi will switch off.
