This will enable auto-sync for 1 minute every 20 minutes. During that 1 minute it will force sync all active accounts. Then it will turn sync off until the next 20 minutes.
*WORKS ON LOLLIPOP 5.1
**Must Have WIFI or DATA enabled.
I found it saves some battery life.
