Flow updates the timestamp of the selected jpg file using the date stamp included in the filename. Useful for when an image gets modified causing the timestamp to change and the image to display out of order in the gallery. Assumes the image filename is in the following format 20170710_112343. Requires root and the touch binary which is included in the busybox app that is available from the Google Play store.
