This will disable mobile data when the signal strength is between 0 and 15 percent.

This will help you to get significant more battery life!

You have 10 seconds to tell the script that you still want mobile data - then it won't ask for 10 minutes, or it will scann every minute and repeat disabling if needed.

10 seconds seems not much but its enough if you are already in your phone. And if you are not, you dont need the Internet.
