Automatically turns on speakerphone when phone is away from your ear and switches back when held normally. If call starts in the wrong speaker state, wave hand over proximity sensor. Previous versions with wired headphones and a constant run loop problems are hopefully solved. Please comment with problems and I'll try to solve them.
