A single flow to notify you about your network activity.
feature:
◽ Notify when connect/disconnect.
◽ When connected, check for internet availability, and wait if not.
◽ If internet available, ask to track network speed and usage
◽ Now use Voice dialog confirm to ask (if available http://llamalab.com/automate/community/flows/19333)
◽ When not connected or Internet unavailable, auto disable WiFi.

Use toast message by default, but you can download "Feedback module" to use Text to speech instead.
