I like to control 4G because reception is terrible in some places where 3G is fine. User can choose:
-Turn on 4G
-Turn off 4G
-Toggle between 4g/3g/2g and 3g/2g
-Check toggle status
Based on Grosserly Lyric's "Toggle 4G". Requires root. Combines nicely with Llama.
