List your own flows and let you open the picked one in flow manager.

This method search for a signature in title. Hence your flows must have such a signature to be found by this tool. For instance, mine is: [FS]

Run the setting fiber to edit the signature to search for in flow title.

There is maybe a more elegant method to filter your own flows. If you know it, share in comment.
