This flow tracks your steps,and on the basis of your step count it calculates the calories burnt.
How to use:-
Start the flow,Set your goal, achieve your goal and stay fit !
If you don't know how much to set your goal. Don't worry,it will suggest you some step counts, choose them.
*Click on the notification to stop the flow.
**You can also view your walk history in a file named "makemefit.txt".
***This flow will notify you when you reach your goal.
****To remain fit take atleast 8000-10000 steps daily.
*Minor changes in notification show.
