Auto car WIFI Tether

Enables WIFI hotspot Tethering on phone so Android car stereo can auto connect and have internet when it detects the hotspot.

My phone first connects automatically via Bluetooth (as I always leave blutooth on), this detects the blutooth connection and then enables tethering.

You will need to edit the Bluetooth sections to set your device it connects to. I also normally have the volume set to zero on my phone, this changes it to 100% when in the car (so it can tell me when it's connected) and sets back to zero when it disconnects; modify to your preferred normal volume. It will also re- enabling normal wireless on my phone when Blutooth disconnects.
