Turns the flashlight on or off when phone is gestured in a double chop. Also brings up and focuses on flashlight notification.
UPDATE: Now automatically closes notifications after flashlight is turned back off. Also, if you have any difficulty using the gesture, simply open the flow and record the gesture again in the gesture block.
