Notification based way of changing through custom filters on SnapPrefs for SnapChat.

*Please Read*

Compatible with any SP/SC version.

Please enable Custom Filters and set location to SnapPrefs/Filters.

Please Note: Any filters named "fullscreen_filter.png" will be deleted, if you accidentally apply a filter over one, the previous filter will be backed up within the folder and can be recovered by applying it said backup "filter_backup.png".
