How many times did u wrongly clicked the WhatsApp Call button to make a normal Phone Call?

This flow will redirect you to a normal phone call whenever you click the WhatsApp call widget in the Conversation screen.

Also the dialer opens with number filled.

Note: If you really want to make a WhatsApp call then click the dp and from there make the call.
