Define your own list of restricted apps
This task will keep you from losing track of time in apps from your own predefined blacklist with notifications at an interval of your choosing and the option to snooze for your preset amount of time.
In the initial assignment of settings variable, define your blacklist of apps (defined as packages, like as would trigger a "Is foreground app" change), an interval at which to repeat the notification, and a snooze length.
To enable this task by default, make sure you've checked "Run on system startup", start running the task, and then you can close Automate.
Defaults:
blacklist: Facebook and Instagram
notificationInterval: 5 (seconds)
snoozeInterval: 60 (seconds)
