🌇 Day-night cycle wallpaper

Sets different wallpapers for day, night, sunrise and sunset, based on sun position.

Calculation is based on code from http://suncalc.net by Vladimir Agafonkin.

First it needs a setup, which is written to sunrisewallpaper.cfg file.

I have some additional features in mind, so keep an eye on the version and update when needed.

2016.12.30:
- small adjustment on dusk/dawn start times

2015.12.06:
- no need for network connection anymore
- calculation is done locally
- more precise dusk and dawn calculation

2015.11.09:
- network connection is not asked every time, except the first time.
- if network connection is off, then at every background change it will try to ask for correct times
